Common questions
These FAQs are written for public launch and can expand as support patterns emerge.
What are same-day Plates?
Plates are combo meals designed for same-day pickup or delivery. They can include formats such as 2-item, 3-item, family pack, veg, and non-veg combos.
What are scheduled Trays?
Trays are catering or bulk food orders that require a scheduled date and time. Restaurants may require lead time and confirmation.
Why can Plates and Trays not be mixed in one cart?
Plates and Trays follow different fulfillment models. Plates are same-day orders, while Trays require scheduling, lead time, and capacity checks.
Can I choose pickup?
Pickup is available when the selected restaurant has pickup enabled and is accepting orders for the selected item type.
Can I choose delivery?
Delivery depends on restaurant service zones, distance, address, and delivery settings. Fees are shown before checkout.
How does catering lead time work?
Each restaurant can set required lead time for trays. Invalid tray schedules are blocked before checkout.
How do restaurants onboard?
Restaurant owners create a profile, configure service settings, connect payout information, add plates or trays, and submit for admin review.
How do payments and refunds work?
Checkout collects payment through the configured provider. Refunds are managed through platform support or admin operations according to policy.
